President & CEO, David thrives on solving complex, seemingly impossible problems. Possessing a unique combination of strong analytical skills and engaging interpersonal skills, he has the ability to quickly understand the situation, troubleshoot the problem, design a solution, and implement it all in a collaborative fashion - comfortable at any level; owners, leaders, and employees.

He has over 35 years experience in applying these skills in leadership roles in businesses of all sizes; ranging from $5M family owned businesses to the Fortune 100. Born & educated to be an engineer, he thrives on solving the most challenging problems. His love of business and innovation called him to obtain his MBA in Finance from Vanderbilt University, further enabling him to apply his problem solving genes to the world of business.

David has made a career of successfully implementing transformative change in areas such as marketshare gain strategies, M&A transitions, partnerships and JVs, next generation transitions, compensation design, restructures, team building and more. His experience spans industries as sales, distribution, service, manufacturing and consulting engineering. David has shared this knowledge by serving on several Boards.

Deeply rooted in his community he, along with his wife of 25 years, has raised four happy and productive children, volunteers for Boy Scouts of America, a multitude of sports teams and serves in his local church.
